Help with Citrix

Citrix Server System Requirements

Frequently Asked Questions

Citrix is a server solution that enables Mac and Unix users to access Windows programs using Microsoft Terminal Services Software. All processing is done on the server, so the user experience is similar to that of a mainframe terminal session, but with the Windows 2000 environment.

In order to use the Citrix Server Solution, MAC users must request an account. PC users do not need the Citrix server solution.

For help, please email your questions along with complete contact info to macs@wam.umd.edu. Please call the OIT Help Desk at (301) 405-1400 with questions.
